Join us for the Wick Buildings 2025 trip to the vibrant metropolis of Panama City, Panama. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel documents are delivered to the mailing address provided on your registration form via Fed Ex, approximately 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Bring your Travel Documents with you on the trip, along with your valid passport.

TRIP EMAILERS
Keep up-to-date with pertinent trip details as travel to Panama gets closer. Look for trip emailers approximately 45, 30, and 7 days prior to departure, delivered to the email address provided on your registration form. All emailers are uploaded to this website for easy reference.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A valid passport is required for travel to Panama and must remain valid for three (3) months past your arrival date

A VISA is NOT REQUIRED for US citizens
